Nothing short of excellent. The old hacienda architecture, thick walls, huge rooms, really nice large pool, that's integrated so well into the garden, old coaches, all this for a resonable price. It was my best hotel in Mexico.
I have truly never had better service anywhere! We came here for my cousin's wedding and the food, atmosphere, staff, and amenities were unforgettable. It will be impossible to top this place.
We were at Hotel Hacienda Vista Hermosa for a gay wedding, and it was truly an incredible experience! The venue is a stunning old castle repurposed into a hotel—authentic, dramatically beautiful, and full of history and charm. The pool was gorgeous and perfect for relaxing! The food was tasty, and the service was consistently warm and attentive. We even went horseback riding, which was such a cute and unique experience. It felt like stepping into another world! Highly recommend checking it out for a one of a kind experience!
It is a beautiful place with a rich historical past. The grounds are well maintained and the restaurant was very good. We had buffet. They cooked steaks as I watched, the salads are so fresh that you would think they came out of someone's garden this morning. There are several pasta dishes as well. Mexican coffee was quite a treat
I have no idea about the hotel but we came to restaurant for few hour just to try some good mexican food and have some fun.The place is magical and beautiful! Its perfect for whole family or for romantic day with your beloved. Amazing view. Perfect for hot day or ugly winter day. Its not easy to get there so ask some local for tips. We came about 4pm and it was too crowded and some problems with fresh food. There were no more fish and not many variety of dishes( some salads left and pasta) I asked waitress and they told me that they close the buffet at 5 so there will not be any more food. think of it when you want to go about this time. Food are not bad. Staff working there are super polite, super helpful and very very nice!!Parking very good ! safe and nice
Second time there and did not disappoint. Excellent personnel, very attentive. Keeps its original charm and very well kept grounds. Food is excellent quality and value, fresh ingredients. Room was a bit hot as it kept the heat but with the fan it was Ok. Our favorite hotel in Mexico.
I was invited to a wedding at this hotel, but I didn't stay there, it was pricey for one night. Has a pool, very antique esthetic, free parking lot.
One of the best places i have ever stayed at, the rooms are fresh and spacious, the facilities and areas of the hacienda are amazing, full of history, beautiful architecture, nature and great surroundings! Perfect for couples, families, friends and weddings, the food and beverages are delicious and fairly priced! Safe and completely worth it!

What an absolutely gorgeous place to stay. Spent the last few days there and every single day, I woke up excited to go discover all the beauties of this Hacienda. I will certainly go back and highly recommending this to anyone looking for spending some quality time somewhere beautiful!
